3rd PocketQube Workshop in Glasgow, Scotland

September 3, 2019

Today, I will be going wheels up bound for Glosgow, Scotland. The 3rd PocketQube workshop is starting on Thursday and I am planning to give a talk on the progress we have had here. A few more milestones, some testing and then we integrate into the AlbaPod bound for New Zealand.

The workshop is a gathering of all the people involved in PocketQubes worldwide. The conversations will revolve around finding solutions to make satellites this size useful to the general public and other technical matters. This will be the second workshop I have attended and the last one was incredible. Hoping to see a few familiar faces and chat about the trials and tribulations of making things work in space.

In addition to the conference I will have the opportunity to tour the Alba orbital facility and see how they are making PocketQubes. that should be a lot of fun.
